Chanchal has 43 years teaching experience. She received ‘Teaching Excellence  Award’(STU), ‘Certificate of Appreciation’ (Business School), ‘Best Project Advisor’  (Engineering School), 1st Prize Teaching Knowledge Test (MPI & Cambridge University),  'Best Track Presentation' (Paris), 100% Teacher Evaluations (STU) & high grades from  External Observers at ELC for her teaching excellence.
She completed courses offered by British Council, received Experienced Teachers Training  Certificate, completed a Teaching Methodology Course & IELTS for Teachers at MPI.  Chanchal’s IELTS training, helped students achieve 9 bands in different sections!
She worked with UNICEF’s Teaching Programs, Pulse Polio & ‘Matching Grants’, through  Rotary International.She served as International Service Officer at Inner Wheel & worked  with Mother Teresa, for Senior Citizens & Cheshire Home (UK). She designed curriculum,  imparted corporate training & implemented ‘Train the Trainer Programs’ at various  organizations. Her training students for competitions contributed to their winning awards  for STU. Chanchal believes that a teacher’s knowledge, dedication & enthusiasm can bring  out the 'winner' in a student.
