Louise holds an MA in International Relations from the University of East Anglia and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Applied Linguistics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

She has extensive teaching experience in IELTS preparation as well as courses on intercultural communication, argumentation, and legal English.

Her research interests include corpus linguistics, critical discourse analysis, legal English, and second language writing.
