Basic info:
Natalie (LI Zhen) holds a BA in Translation from South China Normal University and an MA in English Literature and Applied Linguistics from the University of Granada, Spain. A semester-long exchange in English Teaching at the University of Jaén and subsequent graduate studies abroad have shaped her culturally responsive and interdisciplinary approach to language instruction. Before joining the ELC she served as an IELTS trainer, guiding candidates to target band scores. Her research interests include multimodal discourse analysis and interdisciplinary studies. In her free time she enjoys yoga, brewing coffee, sipping Chinese Kung Fu tea, and reading.
