艾莎莎，讲师，中央戏剧学院艺术学理论博士，上海戏剧学院戏剧与影视学博士后，硕士研究生导师。主要研究方向包括中国现当代戏剧史论、当代剧场演出、潮剧新编历史剧、中国现当代文学等。主持广东省哲社科规划项目、汕头市哲社科规划项目、横向课题项目各1项，作为成员参与国家社科基金重大项目1项。在《戏曲研究》、《中国戏剧》、《上海戏剧》、《中国作家》、《影剧新作》、《剧作家》、《新剧本》、《大舞台》、《北京文化创意》、《对流Confluent》、《Chinese Performing Arts》、《China View》、《北京青年报》等国内外期刊杂志发表戏剧类论文、剧评及剧本二十余篇（部），参与编著出版专著2部。

获评全国大学生文学作品大赛优秀指导教师奖、汕头大学优秀共产党员、汕头大学优秀教师。入选参加国家艺术基金2026年度艺术人才培训资助项目《粤港澳大湾区当代演艺评论人才培训》、2024年广东省哲学社会科学教学科研骨干研修班、2021年广东省戏剧评论人才高级研修班等。担任中国戏剧文学学会会员、中国话剧理论与历史研究会会员、汕头市作家协会副秘书长、汕头大学文学院思凡戏剧社指导教师等。

Ai Shasha, Lecturer, holds a Ph.D. in Art Theory from the Central Academy of Drama and completed postdoctoral research in Drama and Film Studies at the Shanghai Theatre Academy. She is a master's degree supervisor. Her main research areas include the history and theory of modern and contemporary Chinese drama, contemporary theatrical performance, newly adapted historical plays of Chaozhou Opera (Chaoju), and modern and contemporary Chinese literature.

She has led one project funded by the Guangdong Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Planning Program, one project funded by the Shantou Municipal Philosophy and Social Science Planning Program, and one commissioned (horizontal) research project, and has participated as a core member in one major project funded by the National Social Science Fund of China. She has published over twenty papers, drama reviews, and plays in domestic and international journals and magazines, including Xiqu Yanjiu (Traditional Chinese Opera Studies), Chinese Theatre, Shanghai Theatre, Chinese Writers, New Film and Drama, The Playwright, New Scripts, The Great Stage, Beijing Culture & Creativity, Confluent, Chinese Performing Arts, China View, and Beijing Youth Daily, and has contributed to the compilation and publication of two academic monographs.

Her honors include the Outstanding Instructor Award of the National College Students' Literary Works Competition, the Outstanding Communist Party Member of Shantou University, and the Outstanding Teacher of Shantou University. She was selected for the National Arts Fund 2026 Art Talent Training Program Contemporary Performing Arts Criticism Talent Training in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the 2024 Guangdong Provincial Training Seminar for Philosophy and Social Science Teaching and Research Backbone Teachers, and the 2021 Guangdong Provincial Advanced Training Seminar for Drama Critics.

She serves as a member of the Chinese Society of Theatre Literature, a member of the Chinese Society for the Study of Modern Drama Theory and History, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shantou Writers Association, and advisor of the Sifan Drama Society of the College of Liberal Arts, Shantou University.
