柏娴，讲师，香港浸会大学教育学硕士。主要研究兴趣为二语词汇习得与学术英语写作。参与教改项目多项，包括“AI赋能雅思口语陪练服务的创新实践”、“多模态视阈下‘大学综合英语II’教学评一体化探索”以及“人工智能助推大学英语教学数字化转型”等。作为团队成员之一，获2025年汕头大学本科教学成果奖二等奖。

长期承担大学英语相关课程教学与竞赛指导工作。指导学生参加“外研社·国才杯”全国英语写作大赛，获2021年英语写作大赛全国决赛指导教师一等奖；指导学生参加2025年全国大学生外语能力大赛国赛英语组国际传播综合能力赛项，获银奖。多次获该赛事省级优秀指导教师奖。

Bai Xian, Lecturer, holds a Master of Education from Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research interests include second language vocabulary acquisition and academic English writing. She has participated in teaching reform projects on AI-empowered IELTS speaking practice, integrated teaching-learning-assessment in College Comprehensive English II from a multimodal perspective, and AI-powered digital transformation of College English teaching. As a team member, she received the Second Prize of the 2025 Shantou University Undergraduate Teaching Achievement Award. She has extensive experience in College English teaching and competition coaching. She won the First Prize for Instructors at the National Final of the 2021 FLTRP Writing Competition, and guided students to the Silver Award at the 2025 FLTRP National College Students' Foreign Language Ability Competition (English Group, International Communication Comprehensive Ability Category). She has also received multiple provincial Outstanding Instructor Awards in this competition.
